# Discord Customer Role

> How to claim your Customer role in Discord using /claim with your Tebex ID

  Roles are **not** reassigned or duplicated. Keep your **Tebex ID** private.

<Warning>
  The `/claim` command works only for purchases made **after May 10, 2025**. For older orders, please open a **support ticket**.
</Warning>

## How to Claim Your Role

<Steps>
  <Step title="Navigate to Discord Channel">
    Open the **#botspam** channel on our Discord server.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use the Claim Command">
    Run the following command with your Tebex ID:

    ```
    /claim <TEBEX_ID>
    ```

      You can find your Tebex ID in your purchase email or Tebex payment history

  <Step title="Receive Your Role">
    The bot will automatically assign your **Customer** role if the purchase matches your Discord account.

## Troubleshooting

<Tip>
  Having trouble? Double-check you used the **correct Discord account** and Tebex ID.
</Tip>

    * Ensure you're using the command in **#botspam** channel
    * Verify your purchase was made **after May 10, 2025**
    * Check that your Tebex ID is correct
